The catalyst for his organisation was the realisation that 95% of ocean pollution arrives via rivers. To put an end to this situation, action was needed upstream – so he started networking. “I saw that data and solutions already existed … but there was no meeting point to promote hybridization and cooperation, and to multiply the capabilities of all those who act in ecosystems for the good of all.
