Teamwork is everything. This international team of marine biologists, dive instructors, entrepreneurs, scholarship candidates, and ocean advocates have made it their mission to protect the ocean and share their story with the world.
Gili Shark Conservation works in close partnership with the local Gili Matra Bersama NGO, assisting their research team with marine conservation, coral restoration, and community outreach programs on Gili Air, Indonesia. From monitoring juvenile White Tip Reef Sharks in the Gili Matra Marine Reserve, to leading education and training programs to protect their coral habitat, this passionate collaborative group understands that connections are key.
